Future Tall Privacy Policy

1. Scope and operator

This Policy applies to Future Tall (the “App”), operated by Shenzhen Shiliuxing Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “us”). We determine why and how personal information is processed in the App.

2. Information we process

You may provide a nickname, birth month and year, growth reference region, growth curve, current and historical height, parents’ adult heights, puberty stage, measurement context, family development timing, existing bone-age findings, meal and sleep records, activity completion, and report preferences. The App calculates age in months from the birth month and device date.

Height, development stage, bone-age findings, and resulting growth insights may reveal physiological or health information. We process only the information needed for the features you choose.

3. How we use information

We use it to select relevant population growth references, create an educational adult-height estimate and range, save form progress, present habit records and trends, tailor growth-support suggestions, and unlock Pro reports when Apple reports an active subscription.

Future Tall is not a medical device. Its estimates are educational and are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or guarantee of adult height.

4. Storage and retention

The App stores profiles and check-ins locally on the device. It does not create a cloud account or upload height, birth month and year, parental heights, development details, meal text, or sleep times to a Future Tall server. Data remains until you reset app data, uninstall the App, or clear app data through the operating system.

After you confirm this Policy, Future Tall sends minimal anonymous usage events to our own server: opening the App, starting or completing an estimate flow, viewing a report or subscription page, a purchase outcome, and using a habit-tool category. These events contain only a randomly generated installation ID, random session ID, platform, and App language. They do not contain growth-profile data, precise location, contact details, or advertising identifiers. We retain the events for up to 90 days to measure product funnels, identify feature problems, and improve the App.

5. Sharing and third parties

The App has no third-party advertising, third-party behavioral analytics, user profiling, or cloud sync. We do not sell personal information. Anonymous usage events go only to our own Future Tall service for product analytics; they are not combined with growth profiles or used for targeted advertising. Apple processes subscriptions through the App Store; the App receives product identifiers, localized prices, transaction results, and active subscription status through StoreKit. Apple handles payment credentials under its own policies.

6. Children, teens, and guardians

The App is designed for teens and their parents. Minors should use it with a parent or guardian. In mainland China, a guardian must review and consent for a child under 14; other regions apply their local age of digital consent. We do not use minors’ information for targeted advertising.

7. Your choices and rights

You can review and correct growth details in the App and use “Reset app data” to delete locally stored profile data, habits, the anonymous installation ID, and the offline event queue. On reset, the App attempts to delete anonymous events associated with that random ID from our server; if the device is offline, those server events still expire after no more than 90 days. Resetting or uninstalling does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be managed in Apple Account settings. Parents and guardians may contact us about information provided for a minor.

8. Security and updates

We apply data minimization and avoid network transmission where practical. No storage method can guarantee absolute security. If our data practices materially change, we will update the version date and request fresh consent when required.
